High Holy Days 2024

We do not use a ticket system. Donations, of course, are always appreciated and are put to excellent use. All events are at Beth Shalom except the Erev Rosh Hashanah Dinner, which is at the Woman’s Club, 712 Sanders St., down the street from Beth Shalom.

Rosh Hashanah (Sunset October 2 to nightfall Friday, October 4)

  • Wed, Oct 2 – 5:30 p.m. – Community Erev Rosh Hashanah Dinner (Woman’s Club, 712 Sanders St.). Check emails information or reach out to us at bethshalomabuurn@gmail.com.
  • Wed, Oct 2 – 7:00 p.m. – Erev Rosh Hashanah at Beth Shalom
  • Thu, Oct 3 – 10:00 a.m. – Rosh Hashanah Morning (I) at Beth Shalom
  • Thu, Oct 3 – 4:00 p.m. – Children’s Service at Beth Shalom
  • Thu, Oct 3 – 5:00 p.m. – Tashlich at Beth Shalom (we encourage children/families to stay)
  • Fri, Oct 4 – 10:00 a.m. – Rosh Hashanah Morning (II) at Beth Shalom

Yom Kippur (Sunset October 11 to nightfall October 12)

  • Fri, Oct 11 – 7:00 p.m. – Kol Nidrei (opening) at Beth Shalom
  • Sat, Oct 12 – 10:00 a.m. – Yom Kippur Morning at Beth Shalom
  • Sat, Oct 12 – 5:00 p.m. – Yom Kippur Afternoon at Beth Shalom
  • Sat, Oct 12 – ~5:30 p.m. – Yizkor at Beth Shalom
  • Sat, Oct 12 – 6:15 p.m. – Neilah (closing) followed by community break the fast at Beth Shalom.
